  • Recruitment and talent acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offering and onboarding.
  • Employee relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Operations and compliance: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing HR records and databases, and administering benefits and payroll.
  • Performance management: Support and manage performance appraisal systems, goal tracking, and development planning.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Design and implement smooth onboarding processes for new hires and manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
  • Policy development: Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to support business needs and ensure legal compliance.
  • Data and analytics: Maintain the HRIS, ensure data accuracy, and provide HR data and analytics to management.

Essential duties

  • Recruitment duties:
  • Analyze job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels and build talent pipelines.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-boarding steps.
  • Operational duties:
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee questions.
  • Ensure all HR files are accurate and compliant.
  • Support the HR team and other departments in achieving their HR-related goals.
  • Management duties:
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress against key metrics.
  • Assist management with employee relations issues and legal implications of personnel actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
