- Recruitment and talent acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offering and onboarding.
- Employee relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Operations and compliance: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing HR records and databases, and administering benefits and payroll.
- Performance management: Support and manage performance appraisal systems, goal tracking, and development planning.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Design and implement smooth onboarding processes for new hires and manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
- Policy development: Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to support business needs and ensure legal compliance.
- Data and analytics: Maintain the HRIS, ensure data accuracy, and provide HR data and analytics to management.

- Analyze job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-boarding steps.
- Operational duties:
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee questions.
- Ensure all HR files are accurate and compliant.
- Support the HR team and other departments in achieving their HR-related goals.
- Management duties:
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress against key metrics.
- Assist management with employee relations issues and legal implications of personnel actions.
