Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership, Team Management & Culture Building
Lead and mentor the HR Executive, ensuring smooth daily HR operations.
Build and maintain a culture-first environment with strong professionalism, behaviour standards, and accountability.
Ensure HR acts as a support backbone for operations, kitchen teams, and the management.
2. Recruitment, Culture Fit & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on culture fit and team alignment.
Oversee the HR Executive in job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
Ensure structured onboarding and cultural orientation for all new hires.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Supervise daily attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Ensure statutory compliance (ESI/EPF/LWF) and accurate monthly processing.
Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR files with high discipline.
4. Employee Relations & Discipline
Handle staff grievances and disciplinary actions professionally.
Promote a culture of respect, maturity, and team communication.
Support outlet managers in maintaining behaviour, hygiene, and process standards.
5. HR Systems, SOPs & Process Implementation
Maintain and optimize HRMS, SOPs, and internal HR processes.
Ensure the HR Executive follows proper documentation and task execution.
Drive culture reinforcement through structured policies and systems.
6. Training, Development & Engagement
Conduct and coordinate training programs on behaviour, hygiene, communication, and culture.
Guide the HR Executive in engagement activities and employee communication.
Improve retention by building a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.
7. Growth, Manpower Planning & Culture Scaling
Plan manpower for new outlets and large expansions.
Ensure timely hiring through coordinated efforts with the HR Executive.
Support leadership in building a scalable, culture-driven organization.
Requirements:
Age: 28–35 years
MBA HR preferred (or relevant HR degree).
4–7 years HR experience (hospitality/QSR experience is a plus).
Strong communication, maturity, and people-handling skills.
Ability to implement and reinforce culture in a growing organization.
Solid understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
Highly disciplined, structured, and capable of handling fast-paced environments.
