The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations and a productive work environment. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
- Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and coordinate interviews.
- Handle employee on boarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Oversee payroll coordination with accounts.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Monitor performance management and support appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.
- Support overall HR strategy and organizational development.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HRMS tools.
