The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations and a productive work environment. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.

  • Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and coordinate interviews.
  • Handle employee on boarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Oversee payroll coordination with accounts.
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor performance management and support appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Support overall HR strategy and organizational development.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
