Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager with a strong background in the healthcare or medical insurance sector to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management,analyitics, employee relations, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and industry requirements
• Oversee HR processes related to healthcare professionals, including licensing, credentialing, and documentation
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare sector regulations
• Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and build a positive workplace culture
• Act as a strategic advisor to management on HR best practices and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, with a mandatory background in healthcare, medical claims, or insurance
• Familiarity with DHA/DOH/HAAD regulations and licensing procedures
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
