HR Manager

Location: Bilekahalli, J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–4 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management accurately.
• Maintain HR records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and timely hiring.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, performance reviews, and training requirements.
• Manage exit processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of strong HR experience, preferably in HR operations and payroll.
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (both spoken & written).
• Good knowledge of HR practices, payroll handling, and basic labor compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
