Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews).
  • Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain attendance records, payroll data, and HR files.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and company rules.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Manage exit process including exit interviews and relieving formalities.
  • Eligibility:
  • Graduate or MBA in HR (preferred).
  • Freshers or 1–3 years of experience (customize as needed).
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
  • Responsible, energetic, and team-oriented personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
