Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and promote positive workplace culture
  • Implement performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and provide developmental coaching
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs .
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and employment regulations.
  • Maintain HR records, provide HR metrics, and report insights to leadership .
  • Drive employee engagement, diversity initiatives, and workplace improvements .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
