Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and promote positive workplace culture
- Implement performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and provide developmental coaching
- Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs .
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and employment regulations.
- Maintain HR records, provide HR metrics, and report insights to leadership .
- Drive employee engagement, diversity initiatives, and workplace improvements .
