HR Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Post job openings and attract candidates
  • Conduct interviews and screening
  • Select and onboard new employees

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Prepare offer letters and joining documents
  • Explain company policies
  • Set up ID cards, access, and training

3. Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Maintain attendance and leave records
  • Process monthly salaries and deductions
  • Handle PF, ESI, and statutory compliance

4. Employee Relations

  • Resolve employee complaints
  • Maintain positive work culture
  • Organise engagement activities

5. Performance Management

  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Track goals and KPIs
  • Improve underperformance

6. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps
  • Arrange training programs
  • Monitor learning progress

7. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Create and update HR policies
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain employee files

8. Exit & Offboarding

  • Manage resignations
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Handle full & final settlements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
