About the Role

As an HR Manager, you will oversee ICT’s human resources operations across Pakistan. This includes recruitment, employee management, policy development, and ensuring a strong HR framework that supports organizational growth and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain HR documentation and records.
• Advise management on HR compliance and best practices.
• Oversee contractor agreements, job postings, and compensation alignment.
• Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
• Ensure HR operations align with ICT’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience in multinational or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of HR frameworks, compliance, and policies.
• Prior experience with distributed or remote teams is a plus.
