We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our client in Anderson, SC. This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity.

Are you an HR professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic manufacturing R&D environment? Our client is looking for an HR Manager to become a key player on the HR leadership team at their research and development facility in Anderson, SC! This position is a direct hire position.


Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As the HR Manager, you’ll wear many hats and make a difference every day. Here’s a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top-tier talent. Build talent pools, explore diverse sourcing channels, and create market reports to stay ahead of the game.
  • HR Operations: Oversee daily HR activities, from compliance to policy development, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Employee Relations: Be the go-to for HR inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Build communication channels that keep everyone connected.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement systems to optimize performance, coach managers on goal-setting, and foster employee growth through development opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire your direct reports, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about people as they are about results. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people management.
  • Ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing direct reports and fostering team growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal oversight.
  • Top-notch analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for confidentiality.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!
