Total Property Solutions is seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and support the company’s growing operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and government processes in the UAE. This role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, employee files, documentation, and database updates
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence
  • Manage staff onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave trackers, and performance records

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with different departments
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of new hires

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Assist in payroll preparation, WPS processing, and salary adjustments
  • Manage employee benefits, medical insurance, and visa renewals
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, and company policies

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and provide HR guidance
  • Promote positive workplace culture and staff engagement
  • Support management in disciplinary actions and corrective measures

Government & Company Processes:

  • Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical, and insurance processes
  • Handle government portal work (MOHRE, ICP, ADDED/TAMM, etc.)
  • Ensure HR documentation is compliant and up to date

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR procedures, and government systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
