1 To Manage Complete Employee Life Cycle across all level grades

1. Recruitment and Selection

2. Induction

3. Performance Management

4. Appraisal Management

5. Employee Engagement Activity

6. Exit and Retention Process

2 Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Apna Hire, Workindia etc.)

3 Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

4 Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).

5 Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.

6 Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

7 Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

8 Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.

9 Participate in job fairs and collage campus drives.

10 To Prepare and evaluate the job analysis and prepare job description, specification according to organization structure.

11 To do Coordination with consultancy and service providers as per the requirements.

12 To train new employee and subordinate as and when needed

13 To Manage Employee Data, Company property, Safety related works

14 To Give contribution for Payroll, Policy, training & development process, company cultural activity, Etc.

15 To reviews & appraisal process in time to time in PMS.

16 To Manage the Front Desk, HK and Security related Process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
