- Candidate Should be a Graduated in the HR Stream

- Should have relevant experience in HR from Hospital Industry
- 4+ Years of Experience as HR generalist from Hospital Industry
- Develop job descriptions and person specifications for academic and non-academic staff.
- Advertise open positions through appropriate channels (online portals, job boards, recruitment fairs).
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.
- Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, documentation, and induction for new staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
- Coordinate performance reviews and track progress towards institutional goals.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance professional skills.
- Assist in the administration of salary structures and benefits programs for all staff.
- Process payroll information and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and leave entitlements.
- Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, social events, and team-building activities.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related policies, handbooks, and communication materials.
- Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
