We are looking for an experienced Male HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, streamline processes, and support a growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for operations, support, and technical roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR compliance.
• Ensure attendance, shift schedules, and payroll data accuracy.
• Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, and training strategies.
• Support departmental heads with staffing, planning, and workforce management.
• Maintain a positive work culture and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and ensure smooth coordination with management.

Requirements

• Male candidate (due to shift structure and operational requirements).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in HR Management or Senior HR roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command over MS Office & HR systems.
• Experience in BPO / operations-based companies is a plus.
• Able to manage teams, work under pressure, and handle confidential matters responsibly.
