Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Administer employee benefits and support HR programs.
  • Assist in HR operations such as payroll, attendance, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee records, and benefits management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
