Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits and support HR programs.
- Assist in HR operations such as payroll, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee records, and benefits management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
