Looking to hire "HR Manager" who can join on immediate basis.

An HR Manager, also called a Human Resources Manager, plays an important role in shaping organizational culture. They oversee all key aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, succession planning, compensation management, benefits administration and compliance. HR Managers also evaluate employee performance and develop initiatives designed to increase retention and improve the employee experience.

HR Manager duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Creating strategic HR plans
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs
  • Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
  • Supporting the performance review process
  • Resolving conflict among employees
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
  • Forecasting future staffing needs
  • Must have the experience on policy implementations
  • Can do both technical and non technical recruitment
  • Hands on experience on FLOWHCM
  • Should have excellent communication skill

Time: 11:00am-8:00pm
