1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Plan and manage the recruitment process (job postings, interviews, selection).
  • Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates as per organizational needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Promote a positive and healthy work environment.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and leave records.
  • Implement policies related to late login, LOP, and leave management.
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain discipline and ethical standards in the workplace.

5. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal and review processes.
  • Assist management in identifying training and development needs.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback support.

6. Training & Development

  • Organize training programs, workshops, and orientations.
  • Encourage professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Maintain training records.

7. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records.
  • Handle appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and exit documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

8. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Support employee well-being and workplace satisfaction.
  • Handle work anniversaries, celebrations, and recognition programs.

9. Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage resignation processes.
  • Ensure proper clearance and final settlement procedures.

10. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,801.88 - ₹40,908.08 per month

Work Location: In person
