Job Description:

Conveyortech Engineers is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, multi-department hiring, statutory compliance, and employee relations in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment for multiple departments
• Implement and manage HR policies & company rules
• Ensure statutory & labour law compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.)
• Manage employee relations, discipline, and grievances
• Support management with HR planning and team management
• Promote a positive and collaborative work culture

Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience in HR (Manufacturing/Industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Flexible, proactive, and management-supportive attitude
