Position Overview:
Creative Carve Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Executive - HR. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setup, including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The role requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels, including workmen and staff.

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, workmen, and contract labour.
- Build a talent pipeline for critical functions in manufacturing and operations.
- Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain cordial relations with employees, unions, and contract workforce.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution in line with labour laws.
- Liaise with government departments, labour offices, and statutory authorities.
3. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and update HR policies in line with company and statutory requirements.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors and labour inspectors during audits/inspections.
4. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Drive performance management system (goal setting, appraisals, feedback).
- Identify training needs and organize technical/behavioural training programs.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Implement engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee welfare activities such as canteen, transport, health & safety, and housing (if applicable).
- Promote a positive workplace culture in alignment with organizational values.
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
- Manage contract labor and third-party workforce compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS, and employee documentation.
7. Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with plant head, production, and finance teams to align HR with business needs.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to management for decision-making.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and IR.
- Experience in handling manufacturing workforce (blue-collar & staff).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and people management ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll systems.
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR), MSW, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
