Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, and leave.
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate payroll, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Drive performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
Support training and development programs.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
