HR Manager

Job Role: HR Executive

Location: Mumbai

Salary: 30-35k

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and MIS reports
• Coordinate induction and training programs
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
• Manage exit formalities including full & final settlement
• Support HR audits and statutory compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
