We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and proactive HR Officer to support our growth.

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Officer who will manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and company policies. You will play a key role in building a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance tracking
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Handle HR policies, employee queries, and grievance management
  • Assist in performance evaluations and KPI tracking
  • Ensure a healthy work environment and promote employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Support administrative and HR operational tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (E-Commerce/Tech industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR procedures, recruitment platforms, and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
