Job Description
We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Officer who will manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and company policies. You will play a key role in building a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance tracking
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Handle HR policies, employee queries, and grievance management
- Assist in performance evaluations and KPI tracking
- Ensure a healthy work environment and promote employee engagement activities
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support administrative and HR operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (E-Commerce/Tech industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR procedures, recruitment platforms, and documentation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
