The HR Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and administration of human resources for M/s Kumarji Lal, covering all employees deployed across head office and multiple project sites. The role involves maintaining complete and accurate employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating recruitment activities, and acting as a link between site teams, accounts department, and management.

The HR Manager will maintain centralized data of all employees, including personal details, appointment letters, joining documents, qualifications, experience records, statutory registrations, attendance history, and employment status. All records shall be maintained in both physical and digital formats, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

He/She shall be responsible for daily attendance monitoring of employees working at all project sites. The HR Manager will collect, verify, and consolidate attendance data received from site supervisors and ensure its correctness. At the end of every month, the finalized attendance statement shall be submitted to the Accounts Manager in a timely manner for salary sheet preparation and payroll processing.

The HR Manager will handle recruitment and hiring activities as per company requirements, including manpower planning, coordination with project managers, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and completing joining formalities. He/She shall ensure that recruitment is aligned with project needs, timelines, and company policies.

The role includes site visits to newly allotted projects to collect and verify employee-related information, assess manpower deployment, coordinate with site engineers, and ensure proper onboarding of staff at site. The HR Manager shall also address basic HR-related issues at site and ensure smooth coordination between site staff and head office.

The HR Manager must possess thorough knowledge of HR compliances and statutory requirements, including but not limited to EPF, ESI, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, leave policies, labour laws, contract labour regulations, and other applicable statutory provisions. He/She shall ensure timely compliance, documentation, and coordination with consultants or authorities whenever required.

Additionally, the HR Manager shall support management in formulation and implementation of HR policies, employee discipline, attendance systems, leave management, and grievance handling. He/She shall ensure that company HR practices are followed uniformly across all sites and departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
