Summary:

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive human resources initiatives at Potato Logics. Collaborate with department heads to foster a positive work environment, manage recruitment, employee relations, and ensure HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Employee Relations:

· Address concerns and conflicts.

· Implement engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

· Administer performance appraisals.

HR Policies and Compliance:

· Maintain/update HR policies.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Benefits Administration:

· Manage employee benefits programs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

· Proven HR management experience.
