Job Title: HR Manager
Location: On-site, Lahore (Green Acres Housing Society)
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR function, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and organizational matters.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business goals.
- Manage and maintain the HR database ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
- Design and execute performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance efficiently.
- Build a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and employee development.
- Coach, mentor, and manage HR and cross-functional teams to drive people initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR role, with strong people management skills.
- Deep knowledge of HR policies, payroll, performance management, appraisals, and promotion frameworks.
- Experience with HR databases, HRIS systems, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational abilities, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Preferred:
- Experience in the software/IT industry.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
