We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resource operations in the Healthcare/Academia sector. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping HR policies, managing talent, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
- Lead HRMS/ERP system operations for efficient workforce management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Minimum 5 years of proven HR management experience (Healthcare or Academia is mandatory).
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems.
