Your Impact

Shape and Build Company Culture

• Champion our core values by designing, implementing, and nurturing a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture across both remote and in-office teams.
• Lead initiatives that promote diversity, creativity, belonging, and continuous improvement within the organization.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, policies, and payroll in Notion, HRIS, Clockify, and MEWS.
• Streamline administrative processes and documentation.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage hiring end-to-end for technical/non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Global Collaboration Made Simple

• Serve as HR point-of-contact for US clients, supporting interviews and updates during defined overlap hours.
• Bridge cross-cultural expectations and compliance needs.

Performance, Training & Development

• Lead quarterly and annual performance reviews using KRs/KPIs.
• Design and facilitate skill development, upskilling, and learning paths for team members.
• Organize regular training sessions virtual or in-person to empower professional growth.

Employee Engagement & Activities Planning

• Proactively address concerns and foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Plan and execute team-building and wellness activities tailored for distributed teams.
• Launch recognition programs and engagement initiatives that keep our remote workforce motivated and connected.

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure all HR processes comply with Indian labor laws and US client standards.
• Maintain up-to-date policies, support audits, and drive documentation excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field
• 5–8+ years of HR experience in tech/IT, ideally with remote/cross-border teams
• Proficiency with Notion, Slack, MEWS, Clockify, and HRIS tools
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities
• High standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
