Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational culture. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Ensure quality hiring, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Build a healthy work culture and improve employee engagement.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions professionally.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Track productivity and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
5. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing.
- Manage attendance, leave records, incentives, and benefits.
- Assist management in compensation structuring and revisions.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and plan learning programs.
- Conduct induction and soft-skill training sessions.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
7. HR Strategy & Reporting
- Align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare HR MIS, monthly reports, attrition analysis, and insights.
- Support management in organizational planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of HR experience (including managerial exposure)
- Experience in fast-growing or sales-driven organizations preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
