Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Drive end-to-end hiring for corporate roles (jewellery design, marketing, merchandising, IT, operations, stock management) and retail roles (sales associates, store managers, visual merchandisers).

  • Build strong talent pipelines through networking, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed, aligned, and productive quickly.

2. HR Systems & Structure

  • Set up HR processes, including recruitment tracking, employee documentation, appraisals, and leave management systems.

  • Draft clear and concise job descriptions, KPIs, and reporting structures for each role.

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

3. Communication & Culture

  • Act as the bridge between management and team members, ensuring clear, empathetic communication.

  • Create initiatives that foster collaboration, ownership, and brand alignment across departments.

  • Plan engagement activities, training workshops, and internal recognition programs that reflect values.

4. Performance & Growth

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks.

  • Identify training and development needs across departments.

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and growth plans.

5. Employee Relations

  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and employee issues with fairness and sensitivity.

  • Ensure all team members feel supported, valued, and aligned with the brand’s mission.
