HR Manager

Al Ain Mills, a leading organization in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee all HR functions in accordance with organizational objectives and applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• (master’s degree or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including significant exposure to a managerial leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Corporate Law
• Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal capabilities, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
