The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains talent while complying with labor laws and company policies. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees and supports organizational goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
  • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave programs
  • Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
  • Maintain employee records and HR reporting
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
