- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, sales, service, and support roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Draft and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support goal setting, KPIs, and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs based on performance gaps.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI)
- Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities when required.
- Manage audits related to HR and labor compliance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/finance.
- Support salary structuring, revisions, and incentive plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
- Support management in organizational planning and manpower budgeting.
- Provide HR reports, MIS, and analytics for decision-making.
- Contribute to company growth by aligning HR strategies with business objectives
