  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, sales, service, and support roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Draft and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support goal setting, KPIs, and performance reviews.
  • Identify training needs based on performance gaps.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI)
  • Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities when required.
  • Manage audits related to HR and labor compliance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
  • Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/finance.
  • Support salary structuring, revisions, and incentive plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
  • Support management in organizational planning and manpower budgeting.
  • Provide HR reports, MIS, and analytics for decision-making.
  • Contribute to company growth by aligning HR strategies with business objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
