Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee development plans
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
