Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee development plans
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records
  • Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
