- Supporting the entire sales team for hiring and team development.
- Reviewing the monthly travel expenditure of the sales team and forwarding the same to the management for final approval.
- Reviewing and auditing the monthly marketing expenditure of the sales team that includes the material / vendor cost but not limited to this and forwarding the same to the management for final approval.
- Identifying the ways to control the variable cost by implementing the new processes.
- Ensuring all departments and inter department working is aligned in such a manner that works in smooth coordination within the department and outside the department.
- Identifying the training need analysis for employees and dealers.
- Understanding the hiring need and its importance and urgency level for timely recruitment.
- Induct all new employees on company’s goals and its value.
- Induct & train time to time all employees on software, its implementation and usage.
- Ensuring Dealer meetings are conducted regularly with sales team and even within the corporate office.
- Reviewing all KPI / KRA for sales team and take necessary action as and when required.
- Supporting entire sales team on complaints
- Designing and executing trainings on team building, motivation, business development, vision alignment etc.
- Planning quarterly / Half yearly/ Annual RNR for dealer as well as employees.
- Designing and upgrading induction programs and ensure it is adhered as per company process.
- Managing security, Housekeeping & firefighting whether it includes recruitment, training, development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
