Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring that our team operates within our established Code of Conduct and supports our mission of fostering healthy communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Maintain and enforce the company's Code of Conduct, ensuring all employees act professionally and with respect.
  • Ensure strict adherence to national labor laws and company policies regarding attendance, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
  • Oversee the reporting and investigation of unethical behavior or policy violations, maintaining an anti-retaliation environment.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract candidates who align with our commitment to health and quality.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientations to introduce new hires.
  • Ensure all new employees receive proper training on safety protocols and the company's professional standards.

3. Performance & Compensation Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
  • Manage payroll-related functions, including salary structures and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Review and approve leaves and absences in line with the company's attendance and punctuality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in the FMCG or Dairy industry.
  • Ethics: High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with extreme care.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the company professionally online and offline.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a diverse team and foster a culture of growth and innovation.
