•Receiving manpower requirements from management. (departments heads also)•

Ensure right people at right position at right time.•

Recruiting talented staffs as per the requirements within the budget of the company.•

Appointing staffs after getting the approval from the mgt.•

Informing the department heads and IT 4 days before about the joining of the new employee.•

Handover the appointment letter copy to finance department.•

Basic introduction to the new joining about the company rules and procedure.•

Proper coordination between department heads about the performance and new requirements of the staffs.•

Make sure the maintenance of office decorum by all staffs.•

Handling suggestions and grievances of employees .•

Employee performance appraisal report to mgt.•

Consult the leave request of staffs with concerned dept. heads.•

Updating the leave requirement of staffs in WhatsApp group in advance.•

Warn the employees if any performance issues or any other problems from their side.•Keep the confidence level of employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
