Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Workforce Management
- Manpower Budgeting: Collaborate with the Medical Superintendent by April 1st annually to forecast staffing needs based on patient volume (e.g., extra nursing staff for peak seasons).
- High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end cycle, screening 50+ applications weekly to fill critical roles in Pediatrics, OB-GYN, and NICU.
- Selection Excellence: Execute a rigorous 5-round interview process (CV Review, HR, Technical, Panel, and Final Approval) to ensure a 90% hire quality rate.
- Talent Pipeline: Proactively maintain a network of 100+ medical professionals to reduce "Time-to-Fill" for emergency vacancies.
2. Training, Performance & Culture
- Specialized Orientation: Conduct 3-day inductions every Monday at 9:00 AM, focusing on hospital culture, empathy-led care, and patient safety.
- Performance Analytics: Gather weekly data on absenteeism and KPIs. Conduct counseling for underperformers (<70%) every Wednesday at 2:30 PM.
- Engagement: Organise Monthly Townhalls (last Friday at 3:00 PM) and "Employee of the Month" awards to boost morale and reduce turnover by 10% annually.
3. Compliance, Licensing & Payroll
- Hospital Licensing: Manage the application and renewal of critical licenses—including PCPNDT, KPME, Drug License, and Trade License—ensuring filings are completed 30 days before expiry.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance in ESI, PF, and Professional Tax filings. Conduct monthly audits of employee records to ensure audit-readiness.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee the accurate processing of payroll by the 5th of every month and resolve all compensation queries via HR software.
4. Systems & Data Integrity
- HMIS Implementation: Act as the functional lead for HMIS/HRMS software adoption, ensuring 95% staff usage and total data integrity.
- Digital Records: Maintain secure, encrypted digital files for all staff members, with updates completed daily by 6:00 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or Healthcare Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in HR, with a mandatory 1+ year in a hospital environment (experience in Women & Child specialty is a major plus).
- Skills: Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn/Naukri; deep knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and healthcare-specific statutes (PCPNDT).
- Mindset: Highly disciplined, empathetic to the needs of families, and capable of balancing administrative rigor with a warm hospital culture.
