Job Description – HR Manager

Company: Prama Instruments Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: 4–5 Years (Manufacturing Industry Mandatory)
Location: Rabale

Role Summary

The HR Manager will handle end-to-end Human Resource functions for a manufacturing setup, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations, ensuring smooth people management aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR operations: onboarding, attendance, leave, confirmation, exit, and HR documentation
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and staff positions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage grievance handling
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal / PMS process
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws & statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act)
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support compensation processes
  • Maintain HR MIS, records, and reports

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
  • Experience in manufacturing / factory environment
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • 4–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry
