We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about human resources and capable of managing daily HR operations while supporting overall organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth and effective induction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Handle daily HR operations, administrative tasks, and employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns professionally and support conflict resolution when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role or similar capacity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Package:
- PKR 85,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience and skills)
