We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about human resources and capable of managing daily HR operations while supporting overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth and effective induction process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Handle daily HR operations, administrative tasks, and employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
  • Collaborate with management to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns professionally and support conflict resolution when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role or similar capacity.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days a week

Salary Package:

  • PKR 85,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience and skills)

Location: Gulberg 3, Near Hafeez Center, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
