Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational development, and foster a high-performance, engaged workplace culture in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including structure design, succession planning, and change management.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, goal setting, evaluations, and continuous feedback processes.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs to enhance productivity and morale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.
- Manage and optimize the use of HR systems (HRIS), analytics, dashboards, and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
- Handle multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Prior experience in technology, banking, or digital industries will be preferred.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, HR policies, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, HR analytics, dashboards, and performance management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, agile, and fast-paced environment.
