Lead and oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee engagement, and payroll.
Act as a strategic partner to top management, aligning HR policies with the organization’s vision and business goals.
Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and best practices.
Monitor and review the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance appraisal systems, rewards & recognition programs, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Drive employee development programs, including training needs analysis, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
Ensure labour law compliance under Factory Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and other applicable laws.
Handle disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, and employee relations to maintain a healthy work culture.
Oversee HR audits and prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review.
Provide guidance to the HR team and mentor junior HR professionals to strengthen the department’s capabilities.
Foster employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms.
Act as a liaison with government authorities, consultants, and legal advisors to ensure smooth handling of HR and compliance matters.
Play a crucial role in change management initiatives, including restructuring, policy updates, or digital transformation in HR systems.
Manage the annual HR budget, including manpower planning, training costs, and employee welfare expenses.
