Position Summary:The Senior Accounts &amp; Finance Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of the organization, including accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. The role ensures financial discipline, transparency, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management &amp; Planning<ul><li>Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.</li><li>Monitor financial performance and advise management on financial strategy.</li><li>Ensure effective fund management and cost control.</li></ul>2. Position Summary:The Medical Officer &ndash; Administration shall be responsible for overseeing clinical governance, hospital administration, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth operational management of the hospital. The role involves coordination between medical teams and management to maintain quality healthcare services and statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Oversight &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Supervise clinical operations and ensure delivery of quality patient care.</li><li>Monitor adherence to standard treatment protocols and hospital policies.</li><li>Conduct clinical audits and implement corrective measures.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of patient records.</li></ul>2. Human Resource &amp; Staff Management<ul><li>Participate in recruitment of medical and paramedical staff.</li><li>Conduct staff meetings and training programs.</li><li>Address grievances and disciplinary issues.</li><li>Monitor professional conduct and ethical practices.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare daily, monthly, and annual performance reports.</li><li>Maintain MIS data and hospital statistics.</li><li>Present reports to management or trustees as required.</li></ul>6. Position Summary:The Company Advocate will be responsible for handling all legal matters of the organization, ensuring legal compliance, drafting and vetting agreements, representing the company before courts and authorities, and safeguarding the company&rsquo;s legal interests.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Legal Advisory</li><li>Provide legal advice to management on various corporate, commercial, labor, and contractual matters.</li><li>Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations applicable to the company.</li><li>Drafting &amp; Documentation</li><li>Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, employment contracts, and other legal documents.</li><li>Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws.</li><li>Litigation Management</li><li>Represent the company before courts, tribunals, quasi-judicial authorities, and government departments.</li><li>Handle civil, criminal, labor, arbitration, and corporate litigation matters.</li><li>Coordinate with external advocates when required.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Regulatory Matters</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labor laws, taxation laws, and other applicable regulations.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal consultants.</li><li>Dispute Resolution</li><li>Manage legal notices, replies, and dispute settlements.</li><li>Handle arbitration and mediation proceedings.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Record Keeping</li><li>Maintain proper legal records, case files, and documentation.</li><li>Track ongoing cases and update management regularly.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>LLB / LLM from a recognized university.</li><li>Valid Bar Council enrollment.</li><li>3+ years of experience in corporate/legal practice (experience may vary as per requirement).</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and contract laws.</li><li>Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
