Core Roles of an HR Manager

  • Talent Acquisition & Staffing
  • Recruiting skilled weavers, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Managing onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Compliance & Legal Responsibilities
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and industrial safety standards.
  • Handling audits, permits, and government inspections.
  • Employee Relations
  • Acting as a bridge between management and workers.
  • Resolving disputes, grievances, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Training & Development
  • Organizing skill development workshops (e.g., weaving techniques, machine handling).
  • Conducting safety and compliance training sessions.
  • Performance Management
  • Setting KPIs for productivity and quality.
  • Conducting appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Compensation & Benefits
