Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR policies, systems, and SOPs from scratch
  • Take full ownership of recruitment across all departments
  • Create and drive a strong, inclusive company culture and onboarding process
  • Set up and manage employee documentation, records, and compliance
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Lead employee engagement, feedback, and grievance redressal
  • Act as a strategic partner to management for all people-related decisions
  • Bring in your own ideas, creativity, and HR vision to build a people-first workplace
