Requisities

• Manage the overall human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and

development.

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure that the hotel’s policies comply with labor laws and

regulations.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
• Develop and implement employee training programs to foster professional growth and improve job

performance.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with department heads to identify training and

development needs.

• Support the hotel’s leadership team by providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and

organizational structure.

• Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities or directives from senior management to meet

the hotel’s HR goals.
