Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with hands-on HR experience to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee performance management processes and appraisal cycles
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, contracts, audits)
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
  • Manage training & development programs and learning plans
  • Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min 4+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling recruitment across multiple roles
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT / Startup / Corporate environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
