Job Title: Assistant HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Qualification:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling recruitment and onboarding process
  • Managing employee records and HR documentation
  • Supporting payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Handling employee relations and grievance issues
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating performance appraisal processes
  • Supporting compliance with labor laws

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle employees professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Preferred Candidate:

Both Male & Female

Immediate or short notice period preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
