Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policies while supporting business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR records
• Support training, development, and succession planning
• Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience with HR software and recruitment platforms
