HR Manager

Saraswati Vidya Vihar is looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager to manage human resources operations and support smooth school administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation

• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management

• Ensure compliance with school policies and labor regulations

• Address staff queries, discipline, and performance coordination

• Support management in HR planning and staff development

• Maintain confidential HR records and reports

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field

• Proven HR experience (school/education sector preferred)

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle staff matters professionally and independently

Salary:

• ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and capability)

Location: Bhiwani

• Bhiwani, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
