HR Manager

Position Title: HR Manager

Location : Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and development of HR policies. The role also involves ensuring the company’s HR practices align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

*Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

*Provide guidance to management on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.

*Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.

*Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

*Lead employee training and development programs to enhance performance.

*Administer employee performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to leadership.

*Foster a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.

*Maintain and update HR records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

*Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

*Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

*Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

*Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.

*Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

*Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

*Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

*Experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management.
